The Stallions proved themselves to be the cream of the crop in UFL competition during the regular season, ending the day as victors in nine of their final 10 games.
The postseason, by comparison, was little more than a cake-walk. Birmingham outclassed the Panthers in the USFL championship after dropping 28 unanswered points on their opponents' heads. It was a preview for what was to come during the UFL title game, which saw Birmingham batter the Brahmas to the tune of a 25-0 shutout. With their win, the Stallions recorded their third consecutive league title, a seemingly unheard-of achievement in the world of spring football.
Birmingham put its faith into UFL MVP Adrian Martinez after a wobbly showing in its last matchup against Michigan. It paid off in spades for the Stallions, with Martinez tallying up three touchdowns (two via ground, one by air) to power Skip Holtz's vibrant offense against the side with the best defense in the league.
Birmingham's defense was similarly locked in. The Stallions bottled up tailbacks Anthony McFarland and John Lovett, all the while peppering quarterback Chase Garber with waves of pressure. The result was predictable: a scoreless showing, adorned by two fumbles and precious few scoring chances.
Ricky Person racked up an additional 102 yards to put this game on ice, and as the Gatorade soaked Holtz's button-up, his place as spring football's greatest tactician was simply crystallized. Such is the case when you lead your side to three straight league titles.

7:55 p.m.: Lots of pushing and shoving as Sternberger and Brahmas corner Bryce Thompson are ejected for some extracurriculars they fired off at one another.
7:45 p.m.: FIELD GOAL! This one might be cooked. The kick is good, pushing Birmingham's lead to a seemingly healthy 25 points.

7:35 p.m.: TURNOVER ON DOWNS! Seems that the Brahmas were trying to arrest Birmingham's dominance. However, their efforts proved in vain: San Antonio falls short of the first down. The Stallions will take over with good field position.
7:30 p.m.: TOUCHDOWN! And lo and behold, they do. Martinez races into the promised land once more, this time on the QB sneak. This one's increasingly become a rout.

7:15 p.m.: FUMBLE! The Brahmas cough up another one after Kyavha Tezino ripped the ball out on the screen play. Stallions recover in ideal field position and they have a chance to put some serious breathing room into their advantage.
7:10 p.m.: TOUCHDOWN! Stallions add to their advantage as Martinez finds pay dirt with the QB scamper. Showing off his wheels, much like he did during the regular season.

6:22 p.m.: Stallions receive the ball back after stuffing St. Louis. They make it count, as well, taking advantage of an impressive Ricky Person Jr. run. Birmingham is finally in the red zone, the first time either side has breached into the most dangerous territory on the field.

6:18 p.m.: FUMBLE! Brilliant pitch-and-catch between Martinez and wideout Marlon Williams is completely evaporated after Williams loses the ball crashing towards the turf. Brahmas will get the ball back just as the Stallions appeared on the brink of putting together an actual scoring drive.

6:16 p.m.: Martinez hits Jace Sternberger, who proceeds to carry his markers down the field for the first down. Probably should've earned more after it looked as if a Brahmas defender got a grasp of his face mask.
6:12 p.m.: Martinez bursts like a cannon out of the pocket, racing down the sidelines to get the first down.
6:10 p.m.: And look who is on the broadcast but Tom Brady, himself! Fox bringing out the big guns for the spring football title game.
6:05 p.m.: Not much offense going thus far, with the Stallions staying almost entirely in their own half. Not to worry, though; the Brahmas haven't done much, either.

5:20 p.m.: Chase Garber trots down the field to move the chains on third-and-short.
5:19 p.m.: Brahmas start the game with a toss to former Maryland star Anthony McFarland, who rumbles forward for additional yardage. The two-headed rushing attack of McFarland and John Lovett could poise problems to Birmingham's back line.
5:17 p.m.: The ball is kicked and away we go! The Brahmas bring the ball back to the 23-yard-line and will start their pilgrimage up the field from here.
