Canada vs. Peru
This is the time for Canada to translate quality performances into legitimate results at a major tournament. They impressed many fans around the globe at the 2022 World Cup, but failed to secure a single point to go along with the strong showing.
If they are ever going to pick up a result, now is the time. Peru are a nightmare to play through, and they are defensively adept, but they present very little attacking prowess, and Canada should maintain most of the possession moving forward.
If Les Rouges can remain strong in defending against Peru's counter and take their chances up front, they should come away with a good win.

Argentina vs. Chile
Chile played to a truly hideous scoreless draw with Peru in their opener, putting just one of their 11 shots on target. They've had more attacking success in friendlies across 2024, but they have now been blanked in four straight competitive matches and five of their last six, a woeful goal scoring record.
If they hope to breach an Argentina defense that stood tall to a decent amount of counter-attacking quality from Canada, they must be much, much better. It's hard to see that happening.
Argentina, meanwhile, were very strong against Canada, and while they only came away with two goals from the opening match, they had a host of chances to make the scoreline even more lopsided. If they remain that dangerous in this game, they'll be good for a bigger haul.

Copa America 2024 odds, futures to win tournament
Understandably, FIFA's top-ranked side Argentina — defending Copa America champions and fresh off a World Cup crown — are the strong favorites to win this year's competition as the tournament gets under way.
Brazil are right there as second-favorites, but that's largely on brand recognition as they enter the competition in significant turmoil and without injured talisman Neymar. The in-form South American sides are Uruguay and Colombia, while hosts USA and fellow CONCACAF giants Mexico are amongst the second tier of title contenders but will have to prove their worth.
