What to watch this week at the World Series of Poker

The action doesn’t stop at the 2022 World Series of Poker, and this week is no different. You can watch the 2022 WSOP live on PokerGO with plenty of adrenaline-pumping poker airing five days this week.

Monday, June 20: $10,000 Seven-Card Stud Hi-Lo Championship 11 p.m. ET (8 p.m. PT)

First up this week is Event #40: $10,000 Seven-Card Stud Hi-Lo Championship. Entering Monday’s third and final day of action, 15 players remain with Chad Eveslage on top. Eveslage is already the winner of a WSOP gold bracelet this year after winning the the record-setting $25,000 NL Hold’em High Roller earlier in the summer, and he now has a chance at getting his second.

Just because Eveslage enters Day 3 with the chip lead doesn’t mean it will be easy, and there’s a pretty stacked field remaining that includes Shaun Deeb, Daniel Zack, Todd Brunson, Felipe Ramos, Brian Hastings, John Monnette, and Daniel Negreanu.

Another six-figure prize will be up for grabs in this one to go along with the coveted WSOP gold bracelet, and you can watch the action live on PokerGO on Monday at 11 p.m. ET (8 p.m. PT).

Tuesday, June 21: $100,000 No-Limit Hold ’em High Roller 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT)

A huge prize pool will be fought for when the final table of Event #42: $100,000 NL Hold ’em High Roller takes center stage on Tuesday. With a six-figure buy-in, you can expect the best of the best in the mix for this tournament and a hefty seven-figure first-place prize on offer.

There is still a ways to go in the event, but with players such as Phil Ivey, Jason Koon, Stephen Chidwick, Koray Aldemir, and David Peters in action, the potential is high for a truly star-studded final table.

Wednesday, June 22: $1,500 Millionaire Maker 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT)

A new addition to PokerGO’s 2022 WSOP streaming schedule is the final table of Event #37: $1,500 Millionaire Maker. This event is always one of the most popular tournaments on the schedule, and 2022 was no different with 7,961 entries jumping into the competition.

One player will turn a $1,500 buy-in into $1,125,000 in prize money, and you can watch to see who wins on Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT) on PokerGO.

Thursday, June 23: $10,000 H.O.R.S.E. Championship 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT)

Event #44: $10,000 H.O.R.S.E. Championship will attract poker’s top mixed-game players, all putting up $10,000 to compete against one another in a five-game rotation that includes limit hold ’em, Omaha hi-lo, razz, seven-card stud, and seven-card stud hi-lo.

For mixed-game players and enthusiasts, the WSOP $10,000 H.O.R.S.E. Championship is one of the most premier events of the year. Be sure to tune in on Thursday at 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT) on PokerGO to see who becomes this year’s champion.

Saturday, June 25: $250,000 No-Limit Hold ’em Super High Roller 8 p.m. ET (5 p.m. PT)

The biggest and baddest event on the 2022 WSOP schedule is Event #50: $250,000 NL Hold ’em Super High Roller. The enormous quarter-of-a-million-dollar buy-in brings out the game’s most elite players, and there should be multiple seven-figure prizes up for grabs.

Last year, Spain’s Adrian Mateos won the event for $3,265,000. Ben Heath finished second for just over $2,000,000. That should give you an idea of just how much prize money will be on offer in this super high roller tournament.
