Hockey fans, we are nearly there. Summer is winding down and that means the NHL preseason is on the horizon.

It's been a slow few weeks in the NHL offseason. After a busy beginning of July with the NHL Draft and beginning of NHL free agency, it's been quiet on the news front. However, we now get a slight glimpse into what we can expect from the upcoming season.

Players have slowly started to report back to their practice facilities and have begun skating with their teammates ahead of the 2022-23 season. Preseason games will be starting shortly, but first the rookies will report to camp.

Between rookie tournaments and preseason games, there's a ton of exciting action to keep up with ahead of the official start of the regular season.
