"Monday Night Football" is set to put a cap on Week 4 with a rematch of the 2022 NFC championship game between the Rams and the 49ers.

For the third time in four weeks, NFL fans will have the option to watch the Joe Buck and Troy Aikman-led broadcast or the popular alternate Manningcast.

"Monday Night Football with Peyton and Eli" will air its third of 10 episodes during the 49ers-Rams game. Per usual, it will be hosted by Peyton and Eli Manning and it will feature less play-by-play analysis of the game and more banter and casual observations with it happening in the background.

The latest Manningcast episode comes just two days after the broadcast was parodied on "Saturday Night Live" during a sketch where Miles Teller impersonated Peyton in an eerily accurate manner. It also comes a week after Eli joked that the Broncos should have paid a punter $235 million instead of Russell Wilson.

While the Manning brothers create plenty of entertainment on their own, the guests that appear also add a fun element to the show. There have been plenty of memorable moments with guests over the year-long-plus history of the program, but the best of all was when Marshawn Lynch admitted he had been drinking Hennessy and dropped plenty of profanity during the broadcast.

Will the Manning brothers get another crazy guest like that during the Rams-49ers game? Here's a look at the guest list for the Week 4 airing of "Monday Night Football with Peyton and Eli."

Manningcast guests for Week 4

  • Jalen Hurts, Eagles quarterback
  • Stephen Curry, Warriors point guard
  • Jon Hamm, actor

Jalen Hurts

The Manning brothers invited Saquon Barkley onto the show in Week 1 of the 2022 NFL season. Now, they are bringing another one of the NFC's most productive players in Week 4.

Hurts has been one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL to begin the 2022 season. He has led the Eagles to a 4-0 record, and they stand as the lone unbeaten team remaining in the NFL. Hurts is among the early MVP frontrunners as a result, and ranks fifth in the NFL in passing yards at 1,120 and is top-10 in passer rating as well.

The Eagles' status as an NFC contender will make it easy for the Mannings to ask him about not only his play, but also that of the Rams and the 49ers. Both teams made the NFC championship game last year, so Hurts may be asked to identify some similarities between the two teams and Philadelphia while he's on the show.

Stephen Curry

It's no surprise that Curry is coming onto the broadcast with his fellow Bay Area team set to be on "Monday Night Football" in Week 4.

Curry's appearance marks the second consecutive season during which a Warriors player appeared on the Manningcast during a Rams vs. 49ers contest. Draymond Green had the honor of doing so last year, and now, it will be Curry's turn to break down the game with Peyton and Eli.

Curry will likely talk up the 49ers to an extent, but at his core, he is a Panthers fan after growing up in the Carolinas. So, he may talk a bit of Baker Mayfield and Matt Rhule during the show, and he will surely discuss his preparations for the upcoming NBA season.

Jon Hamm

Well, we had to know this was coming, right? Hamm appeared as a special guest in the "SNL" spoof of the Manningcast which signaled that he might be in the rotation for this week's show.

Lo and behold, he is; now, he will get a chance to represent the Rams after Curry represents the 49ers.

Hamm was born and raised in St. Louis and became a fan of the three major sports teams in that city. He moved to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career and eventually, the Rams followed. The "Mad Men" star has been tied to the Rams in recent seasons and especially during their Super Bowl run last year, so he might get to relive some of that glory on Monday night.
