The NFL's Hall of Fame Game returns Thursday, Aug. 4, to kick off the 2022 pro football season.

After a year off due to the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020, the Hall of Fame Game came back in 2021 and will be on again in 2022.

The league will be focused on Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium in Canton, Ohio, as it watches the Jaguars and Raiders go head-to-head to start the NFL preseason.

It's rare to see starters play much in the preseason, and that's certainly the case with the Jaguars. They won't suit up quarterback Trevor Lawrence or running back Travis Etienne, who missed his entire rookie season with a foot injury.

As for the Raiders, it has not yet been confirmed whether star wide receiver Davante Adams will make his Las Vegas debut.

Regardless of who takes the field, the Hall of Fame Game will give football fans the chance to watch a live NFL game for the first time since the 2022 Super Bowl.

The Sporting News has you covered on how to watch the Jaguars take on the Raiders in the Hall of Fame Game.
