The 9-3 Dolphins and 4-8 Titans cap off Week 14 on "Monday Night Football" in one of two MNF tilts (8:15 p.m. ET, ESPN). Miami's pegged as the decided home favorites per Sports Interaction, looking to improve to 9-0 against sub-.500 teams this year. While there might not be much value betting into the sharp side and total markets on gameday, you can find some worthwhile action in the prop market.

Thankfully, we've done our part in highlighting four valuable props on Canada's most trusted sportsbook, Sports Interaction. So, without further ado, let's break down these valuable props for Monday night's Dolphins-Titans matchup.

Best Dolphins-Titans prop bets Week 14

1. Jaylen Waddle, WR, Dolphins — OVER 66.5 receiving yards (-115)

Although Waddle's gone UNDER 66.5 receiving yards in three of his past four games, we think he breaks his cold spell with a strong receiving output against a subpar Titans pass defense. Tennessee's been one of the least efficient pass defenses relative to its dropback success rate (48.5%; 30th), consistently letting offenses stay ahead of schedule through the air.

The Titans most recently allowed both Michael Pittman Jr. and Alec Pierce to record 100-plus receiving yards in their 31-28 overtime loss in Week 14. Against an even more potent Dolphins offense, we expect both Waddle and Tyreek Hill to exploit a struggling coverage unit. Waddle is among the league's best yards-after-catch receivers this season (313 YAC; 14th among WRs), so he might not even need much volume to hit his OVER.

2. Derrick Henry, RB, Titans — OVER 55.5 rushing yards (-110)

While we expect the Titans to be playing from behind the most of tonight's contest, we still like Henry to record 56-plus rushing yards. The Dolphins' run defense hasn't been nearly as stout as their pass defense, ranking well below the league average in rush success rate and EPA, as we expect the Titans to rely heavily on their star running back.

That bodes well for Henry's chances of totaling 56-plus rushing yards, a number he's flown OVER in his past two games. Yes, a likely negative game script caps his upside, but his rushing yardage prop of just 55.5 already factors that in. The Dolphins just allowed the Commanders to rush for 138 yards on 4.9 yards per carry last week, so there's reason to buy into King Henry going OVER this number for a third straight game.

3. Tyjae Spears, RB, Titans — OVER 4.5 rushing attempts (-135)

With the Titans reliant on their ground game, we also think Spears, who's fresh off his best rushing performance as a pro (16 carries, 75 yards) totals at least five carries. While much of Spears' 16-carry day came as a result of Henry leaving the game in the second half due to being evaluated for a head injury, Spears' efficient day on the ground should lead to an increased workload this week.

4. Jason Sanders, K, Dolphins  — OVER 1.5 made field goals (+100)

The Dolphins offense should have little trouble generating ample scoring opportunities tonight, putting Sanders in a position to surpass his total field goals made prop. It's not often that the Dolphins' offense stalls out in the red zone, as Miami leads the league in red-zone TD rate. This could theoretically hinder Sanders' chance of making two or more field goals, but the more red-zone drives the Dolphins have, the better Sanders' chances are of totaling two or more field goals.

Sanders has gone OVER 1.5 made field goals in two of his past three games, and with the Dolphins potentially scoring 30-plus points for the third straight week, we'll take the even money on their placekicker contributing to the scoring.
