With the anticipated release of the 2024 NFL schedule today, it's a good time to look ahead at teams the Los Angeles Rams will square off against. The Rams are looking to make another Super Bowl run but will have to face off against plenty of talented quarterbacks to get there.

The Rams have invested heavily in the defensive side of the ball this offseason to combat the many talented passers they'll face in 2024. This will be the first season in a decade the Rams will not have Aaron Donald inciting fear in opposing quarterbacks, so how the team rises to the occasion will be tested.

First-round pass rusher Jared Verse will get his fair share of opportunities to take on the league's best. Who are the best quarterbacks on the Rams' schedule in 2024?

5.) Caleb Williams, Chicago Bears

Are there other players I could put here? Sure, there are some more proven passers like former Ram Jared Goff and Seahawks QB Geno Smith, but Williams is too talented to leave off this list.

If he's even half as good as we think he can be, he'll be a tough out for the Rams' defense. With plenty of talent around him and an intriguing play-caller in Shane Waldron, Williams has the potential to be one of the best in the game.

4.) Aaron Rodgers, New York Jets

What more needs to be said about Aaron Rodgers? He might not be the same caliber of player he once was, but even at 70%, he's still one of the top signal-callers in the league. The Jets have plenty of intriguing playmakers he can utilize and an improved offensive line in front of him.

Rodgers has had the Rams' number, posting a 6-1 record against them over his career. The last time he faced them was in 2022, when he passed for 229 yards and one touchdown in a 24-12 win.

3.) Kyler Murray, Arizona Cardinals

The Rams have handled Kyler Murray well throughout his career. Murray is just 1-7 against LA in his career, although he hasn't made it easy for them over that time. 2024 has the potential to be the best offense that Murray has played with, featuring talents like Marvin Harrison Jr., Trey McBride, and the Cardinals 1-2 RB tandem of James Conner and Trey Benson.

This new talent revamp and Kyler Murray's escapability will make the Cardinals another good test for their defense this year.

2.) Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers

His ranking may surprise some, but Jordan Love down the stretch of last season was the best quarterback in the entire NFC. The Packers ask him to run a real offense, and he had them humming by season's end. Love's arm talent and ability to create plays are top-notch, and his play in-structure produced some jaw-dropping moments on film last year.

The Rams already faced off against Love just this past season in Week 9. Love went 20-26 for 228 yards and a touchdown in a 20-3 beatdown last year in one of the ugliest games of the Sean McVay era. With another year behind him and an improved team, Love is poised to be one of the top quarterbacks in the NFL for the foreseeable future.

1.) Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills

Inarguably the top quarterback on their schedule, containing Allen will be one of the team's toughest asks of the entire year. Allen's decision-making is still...moderately questionable, but his physical talents and incredible knack for making plays make him at times completely unstoppable. Buffalo has undergone significant turnover on both sides of the ball this offseason, but Allen is still one of the best in the game. This will be a good test for new DC Chris Shula's defense

The last time the Rams faced Allen, he torched the Rams in the 2022 season opener to the tune of 26-for-31, 297 passing yards and three passing touchdowns while tacking on another touchdown on the ground. The Rams were shellacked 31-10 in that game.
