With the Maui Invitational complete and the Battle 4 Atlantis in progress, college basketball's slate of early season tournaments continues with the Phil Knight Invitational and Phil Knight Legacy to close out the Thanksgiving week.

Like many of the other "Feast Week" events, both tournaments are loaded with some national contenders.

Top-ranked North Carolina headlines the Phil Knight Invitational, while Michigan State, Villanova and UConn are among household names looking to pick up a few impressive wins before conference play. Those four teams will be joined by Alabama, Oregon, Iowa State and host Portland.

The Phil Knight Legacy is highlighted by perennial powerhouses Duke and Gonzaga. Florida, Xavier, West Virginia, Purdue, Oregon State, and Portland State will look to knock off the two heavy favorites.

Unlike other tournaments such as the Battle 4 Atlantis, these are not annual events. Knight sponsored a 16-team event in his name in 2017, and he sponsored two standalone games in 2019. This year's tournaments are intended to honor the Nike co-founder's 85th birthday.

The Sporting News has all you need to know about the tournament brackets and how to watch the games.
