No. 6 North Carolina State is trying to keep pace atop the ACC and visits Duke on Sunday.

Wolfpack coach Wes Moore is one of 15 on the Naismith Late Season Watchlist for the Coach of the Year Award. NC State is 23-4 and projected to be a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Tournament.

The Wolfpack are in third place in the ACC at 11-4, trailing Virginia Tech (13-2) and Syracuse (12-4) with three regular-season games remaining.  NC State snapped a three-game winning steak after losing to North Carolina, 80-70, on Thursday night. It was the largest margin of victory for the Tar Heels over NC State since the 2018-19 season.

The Wolfpack had four players score in double figures: Aziaha James (24 points), Saniya Rivers (13), Mimi Collins (11) and Madison Hayes (11).

Scoring will be key for NC State against the Blue Devils. The Wolfpack score 76.1 points per game, while Duke is allowing 57.8.

The Blue Devils sit in the middle of the ACC standings but had a huge, 58-45 victory over No. 17 Syracuse on Thursday night.

Kennedy Brown finished with 12 points, while Reigan Richardson scored 11. Freshman Jadyn Donovan had eight points, a season-high 15 rebounds, two assists, a block and one steal. Taina Mair finished with a season-best nine assists with seven points.

Duke is 6-3 following a loss and is 3-6 against ranked opponents this season.
