There are eight games on Friday's NBA slate, meaning bettors will have plenty of opportunities for action. Some of tonight's most intriguing lines are in the Suns-Celtics, Magic-Timberwolves, and Raptors-Rockets games, and the betting experts from BetQL have sorted through all the odds to help you find the best wagers.

One trend to note is that the BetQL NBA Model is red-hot, going 56-33 (63 percent) on all O/U picks in the past 14 days for a total return of $1,790 on $100 bets! Suns at Celtics Prediction

The Celtics (37-15 SU, 26-25-1 ATS, 24-25 O/U) are coming off a 32-point win over the Nets and now welcome the Suns (27-26 SU, 27-25-1 ATS,23-29 O/U) to town.

This is the first game of an East Coast road trip for Phoenix, so it had some heavy travel involved yesterday. The Suns have also struggled in Boston over the past few years, losing by 15 last season and 13 the year before. Phoenix has looked better lately, winning six of its past eight games, but most of those wins have come against bottom-tier teams. After what Boston just did to the Nets without Kevin Durant, I think the same could happen to the Suns without Devin Booker. Lay the big number.

PICK: Celtics -9.5

Magic at Timberwolves Prediction

The Magic (20-34 SU, 29-22-1 ATS, 26-25 O/U) continue their four-game road trip tonight with a matchup against the Timberwolves (28-26 SU, 25-27-2 ATS, 24-30 O/U).

The Wolves have been winning quite a bit lately and are starting to look like a decent team. The Magic, however, know how to keep games close against decent teams. Orlando is coming off a mini-series with the Sixers, where they went 1-1, with their win coming by 10 points in Philly. In Orlando’s previous meeting with Minnesota in early November, the Wolves won by 18 on the road, but that was with Rudy Gobert and Karl-Anthony Towns on the floor. The Magic were also without Paolo Banchero, Cole Anthony, Markelle Fultz, or Wendell Carter Jr. in the lineup, so this is a drastically different Orlando team than earlier in the season. The Wolves also have a home-and away-series with Denver starting Sunday. That’s a big Western Conference and a divisional matchup that I could see being a look-ahead spot for Minnesota, which is why I like the Magic to win outright.

PICK: Magic +5.5 or ML

Raptors at Rockets Prediction

The Rockets (13-38 SU, 19-28-4 ATS, 23-28 O/U) look to even the season series tonight when they host the Raptors (23-30 SU, 25-26-2 ATS, 28-25 O/U).

The Raptors will be playing the sixth game of their seven-game road trip tonight in Houston. This has to be one of the tougher road stretches any team has played this season. Toronto is playing its sixth game in 10 days with quite a bit of travel mixed in, while the Rockets have back-to-back victories after a home win Wednesday against the Thunder. Houston has yet to win three games in a row this season, so I don’t think the Rockets win this game (or even want to win this game), but they’ll keep it close enough to cover +7.5.

PICK: Rockets +7.5
