After a come-from-behind victory in Game 1, the Nuggets look to maintain homecourt advantage in Game 2 against the Lakers on Monday evening.

Los Angeles led by as many as 12 points in the first half of Game 1 on Saturday night, but Denver mounted a furious second-quarter comeback to seize control. Nikola Jokic paced the Nuggets with 32 points, 12 rebounds, and seven assists, as all five Denver starters scored in double-figures.

Anthony Davis (32 points, 14 rebounds) and LeBron James (27 points, eight assists) combined for 59 points in a strong Game 1 effort. But the Lakers lacked production elsewhere, especially from D'Angelo Russell, who shot just 6-of-20 from the field and 1-of-9 from distance.

The Nuggets have now secured nine consecutive wins over the Lakers, including a four-game sweep in last year's Western Conference Finals.

Can Los Angeles steal a game in Denver to flip the series before heading back to Hollywood? The Sporting News has you covered with all the information that you need to know for Game 2.
