The young Yoenis Tellez is ready for his breakout moment when he main events a fight night in Florida against Joseph Jackson on April 26. The fight and Most Valuable Prospects card airs on DAZN worldwide.

Part of Jake Paul’s Most Valuable Promotions brand, Most Valuable Prospects fight nights highlight the next generation of male and female fighters. It is the sixth event of the Most Valuable Prospects series.

Tellez has not been given easy fights since turning pro in 2020 following an amateur career that saw him win two National Youth titles. The Cuban beat the experienced Sergio Garcia, a former European super welterweight champion, via TKO in July 2023. The 23-year-old followed that performance with a spectacular last-minute knockout win in December against Livan Navarro.

Jackson has 19 wins since turning pro in 2015. He has won 15 of those fights via knockout, winning his last three via the power punch.
