Glover Teixeira defends the UFC light heavyweight title against Jiri Prochazka at UFC 275 on June 11. In the co-main event, Valentina Shevchenko defends the UFC flyweight title against Taila Santos. The event will take place inside Singapore Indoor Stadium in Singapore.

Teixeira made his pro debut in 2002. After going 2-2 to start his career, Teixeira went on a 20-fight win streak. Joining the UFC in 2012, Teixeira lost to Jon Jones in 2014 for the UFC light heavyweight title. Since then, he is 11-4 and is currently on a six-fight win streak.

Teixeira beat Jan Blachowicz back in October 2021 to win the UFC light heavyweight title.

A Czech National Championship gold medalist in Muay Thai, Prochazka made his pro debut in 2012. He won the RIZIN light heavyweight title in 2019, which was in the middle of his current 12-fight win streak. Making his UFC debut in 2020, Prochazka last fought in May 2021, beating Dominick Reyes via knockout. He has won 10 straight fights via some form of KO.

The co-main event will see Valentina Shevchenko defend her UFC flyweight title against Taila Santos. Shevchenko, an eight-time World Championships gold medalist, made her pro debut in 2003. "Bullet" made her UFC debut in 2015. She is 11-2 with the promotion. The lone losses of Shevchenko's career came against Amanda Nunes. Shevchenko beat Joanna Jedrzejczyk in 2018 to win the UFC flyweight title and has defended it six times. Her last fight was a TKO win against Lauren Murphy in September.

Santos made her pro debut in 2013 and joined the UFC in 2018. A Dana White's Contender Series alum, Santos had her 15-fight unbeaten streak snapped in 2019 against Mara Romero Borella. She has since won four in a row, her last fight a submission win in November against Joanne Wood.

Not only are two titles on the line, but a rematch of a classic 2020 bout will be taking place. Zhang Weili vs. Joanna Jędrzejczyk 2 will look to outdo their original Fight of the Year from UFC 248 at UFC 275.
