Ranking NRL stadiums from worst to best
NRL Stadiums can cause the most heated arguments amongst competing fans.
All love their sides spiritual homes, claiming there's no better place to be.
But just how good is each stadium?
We've sat down and ranked them all.
Slide on to see which stadium takes out the top prize.
Honourable Mention: 1300 SMILES Stadium
Lottoland
Manly fans will be baying for blood, but they're the only ones who actually like Brookvale.
Opposition fans and supporters hate going there, with the ground in dire need of a facelift.
Sydney Cricket Ground
Shark Park
It's cold, it rains, the beer lines are long and it's a solid 20 minute walk from the train station.
No one needs all that in their life.
ANZ Stadium
The only time ANZ is any good is when there's more than 60,000 people there. And that really only happens for State of Origin and Grand Finals.
The rest of the year it's a soulless, empty cave with expensive food that isn't even that good and pricey parking.
CBUS Super Stadium
It's a really difficult place to get to, which is probably why most Titans fans stay at home.
Central Coast Stadium
Gosford is a weird place, but the pub crawl from the train station to the stadium is legit.
Nice views over the water as well.
Netstrata Jubilee Stadium
Easy access to public transport and a great view from the hill.
Campbelltown Stadium
Campbelltown is probably in need of an upgrade but it only hosts a handful of Tigers game a year, so it's unlikely to get one.
Fans can walk right off the train at Leumeah station, but parking is an issue.
Belmore Sports Ground
One of the old classic suburban grounds in Sydney. Always a great day when the Bulldgos get a rare game there.
The Belmore hill is one of the best spots to watch footy at.
Mt Smart Stadium
It's cold, it's hard to get to. It's in New Zealand...
GIO Stadium
It's out of the city, but not that hard to get to. Parking is easy, so is public transport.
Although it's freezing most of the time, there's a great atmosphere.
WIN Stadium
A trip down to the Gong to watch footy on the hill by the ocean.
It doesn't get much better than that.
Plus, Chicko's across the road. One of the great game day feeds.
Panthers Stadium
One of the great all-round matchday experiences in the NRL.
There's barely a bad seat at the joint, the food and drink options are great, and parking isn't half bad if you know where to look.
McDonald Jones Stadium
A really underrated spot.
Large enough that it feels like a big-time venue, but intimate enough that it doesn't seem empty. Which is probably why Knights fans continued attending the joint even during their wooden spoon years.
Leichhardt Oval
Another old-time, suburban venue situated right on the water by the Bay Run.
Critics talk about the lack of facilities, but that's what adds to its charm.
Stop off at the Orange Grove on the way up from the lightrail, and pick up a beer and a chicken schnitzel roll by the scoreboard.
One of the great venues to watch footy.
AAMI Park
Easy to get to from wherever you are in Melbourne, and there's not a bad spot in the house.
You're close to the action (remember when Andrew Fifita knocked a Storm fan's drink away?) and the atmosphere is always electric.
Suncorp Stadium
Brisbane's jewel was the number one spot on this list for years.
It's tailor made for sports fans who get much closer to the action than at ANZ Stadium.
It's just a short walk down Caxton Street from the train and bus stations.
When State of Origin comes to town, Suncorp goes to another level.
Bankwest Stadium
A debut start in top spot for the new Bankwest Stadium in Parramatta.
It's an engineering masterpiece, there's no bad seat, the food is outstanding and there's even a couple of basketball hoops outside.
