Ex-AFL players will duel it out in a blockbuster boxing fight night ahead of the AFL's Gather Round in Adelaide.
"The Gathering" is set to see a host of former footballers thrown down, while there'll also be some high-quality professional boxing matches on the card.

When is the Gather Round Boxing fight night?
It has been confirmed the AFL Gather Round Boxing fight night will be held on Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at Adelaide 36ers Arena in Adelaide.
Adelaide 36ers Arena has a capacity for 8,000 fans when set up for basketball.
The start time is 6:30 pm local time / 7:00 pm AEDT.
It will take place one day before the AFL Gather Round commences in Adelaide on Thursday, April 4 and runs through until Sunday, April 7.
However, the AFL has nothing to do with the event.

The event is a Stan pay-per-view exclusive.
Subscribers to the streaming service can purchase The Gathering through the event tab on the app.
Fans will require an active Stan subscription to purchase the event, although the platform does offer free 30-day trials.

Will Nick Kyrgios be involved in Gather Round Boxing event?

In an Instagram exchange at the end of January, tennis star Kyrgios asked Robinson, who is fighting Pettifer, if he could walk out to the ring with him.
“Can’t wait to get in the ring and challenge myself, training my a** off for April 3rd. Gather Round week at the (Adelaide 36ers Arena)," Robinson said on Instagram.
In a comment on the post, Kyrgios wrote: "Who you fighting? I wanna walk out with you."
Robinson replied: "Can you rap? You can do everything else!!"
"Anything for you," Kyrgios said.
It is still unconfirmed whether the Canberran will be in attendance.
